Letsastsi Private Game Reserve prides itself on tailor-made conference packages. Facilities lend themselves to a distinctive and exclusive environment for each individually-planned event. The main lodge has two fully equipped, multi-functional conference venues (accommodating 30 and 80 guests respectively), as well as various informal breakaway rooms. Conference rooms include the standard equipment of a screen; flipchart and pens; a colour television set; a VHS recorder and a DVD player. Other equipment may be arranged at a nominal charge, such as a data projector; PA system; conference-call connectivity as well as microphones and speakers. The lodge has a professional and dedicated management team that is always on standby to ensure the smooth running of any function, and to add that personal touch that will differentiate one event from another. But a conference is not just about work – a variety of recreational and teambuilding activities are available for those moments when play becomes the order of the day. At Letsatsi, our main wedding venue can accommodate up to 120 guests comfortably with space for dancing the night away with your loved ones. Both the ceremony and/or the reception may take place in a variety of comfortable and interesting lounges, the pool terrace, a wooden sundeck, overlooking the magnificent Free State landscape, the main venue hall or in the veldt with or without a marquee tent. Letsatsi Private Game Reserve offers abundant opportunity for bird watching connoisseurs, in addition to a wide range of established wildlife species, such as large herds of zebra, springbuck, red hartebeest, black wildebeest, white rhino, mountain reedbuck, buffalo, gemsbok, kudu and eland, to mention but a few. Apart from the unsurpassed peace and tranquility of Letsatsi Private Game Reserve, a variety of activities are on offer to suit every type of traveler. On the reserve guests may enjoy game drives, night drives and photographic safaris conducted by knowledgeable and experienced field guides. Bird watching and nature studies may be experienced from various lookout points throughout the vast reserve. The more adventurous may choose an interesting and technical mountain bike trail (tailored to suit the physical disposition of participants) or a guided walk.
